Having directed floors across the globe these beyond a year with their brain liquefying club sets, London-based team Kiara Scuro turn their hand to remixing without precedent for coordinated effort with UK maker, Technical support.
On 'Psycho' rethought, the group exchange Isaie's punchy techno percussion and anxiety baffled energy for irregular, corrosive sections that wriggle and squirm. A lot of that signature dim energy remains, yet tackled in a way's most ideal to an early-hours storm cellar rave. Think pulsating basslines and confused synths anthropomorphised with careful scrupulousness.
Other remixes on the bundle come from Running Back Records manager Gerd Janson - who played close by Kiara Scuro at texture's 24+ Hours with Life and Passing party this previous end of the week - as well as LA-based maker Hawks and Butterflies, and XXX mark organizers, SHMLSS.
